"Lovely little place in Yarm. I’d read a few reviews mentioning how good the coffee was, so I thought I’d give it a try today — and I can honestly say they weren’t wrong. The coffee was absolutely gorgeous. I haven’t had one that good in a long time. I also treated myself to a slice of chocolate cake with loads of nuts in it. I’ve no idea what it was called, but it was seriously good — very sweet, very rich, and absolutely delicious. Perfect on a sunny day in Yarm. I’ll definitely be back."

"Nearly two years since Tees Valley Refurbishments completed our bathroom in Yarm and we’re still just as pleased with it. What stood out for us was the attention to detail and the quality of the finish, especially the tiling. The team were respectful of the house, kept everything tidy and were very easy to deal with from start to finish. Communication was excellent and the regular progress photos were a nice touch. It’s always a good sign when a job still looks this good after a couple of years. We’ve recommended them several times since and would have no hesitation in using them again."
